Q1. What is your MOQ for Hexiang beads? Can I start small?

A：We fully understand many of our partners are building their brand or testing new market.For readystock items, our MOQ is 50 pcs, mixed sizes & mixed scent formulas are totally workable. This allows you to test market risk with lower capital.For custom OEM privatelabel jobs, MOQ is 500 pcs. Custom work involves rawmaterial preparation, sampling and tooling cost, so higher minimum applies.Sample packs are always available for quality evaluation before you commit bulk orders.

Q2. Can I get samples? How does your sample policy work?

A：Absolutely. We highly recommend samples before bulk placement, this avoids misunderstandings on scent, bead texture and craftsmanship.You pay the sample cost and courier freight. Sample fee will be deducted from your coming bulk order once order volume meets our threshold.Sample preparation takes 37 working days. We normally send via DHL / FedEx for fast delivery.

Q3. Can I mix different scents and sizes in one wholesale order?

A：Yes for stock goods. We have built our stock system exactly for resellers who need variety. You can mix woody, floral and ancientformula scents together with different bead sizes in one container.Please note: mixed option does not apply to customformula OEM orders.

Q4. What are Hexiang beads made from? Any synthetic perfume added?

A：Our beads are handkneaded from blended natural dried herbal powders following traditional Chinese incense recipes. No synthetic fragrance oil is sprayed or mixedin.The aroma comes from herbal material itself and releases slowly through bead pores over time.Important note: Hexiang beads are oriental aroma decorative jewelry for resale. It is NOT medical product and carries no therapeutic claims.

Q5. How long will the scent last? Many suppliers’ beads fade very fast.

A：This is the most common painpoint in this industry.Under cool, dry storage condition, our beads keep mild noticeable aroma for 612 months. Actual performance will be affected by humidity, temperature and wearing frequency.Highmoisture environment, water contact or direct sunlight will accelerate scent loss and damage bead structure. We put clear storage suggestion on packing insert for your endcustomers.

Q6. What sizes do you carry? What if I need special bead dimension?

A：Regular stock sizes: 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 15 mm, 20 mm.Special diameter or nonround shape can be achieved through OEM custom production, subject to MOQ requirement.

Q7. Can the beads get wet?

A：Not waterproof. We strongly advise endusers to keep away from shower, swimming and continuous damp condition. Water softens herbalmixed bead body and quickly washes away aroma. We include this reminder inside each package.
